Uptown Cairo – Z01 Villas: Verified Vision, Delivered with Precision

Located in the heart of Cairo, Uptown Cairo is a luxury development by Emaar Misr that merges serene landscapes with iconic views and exceptional amenities. Among its standout offerings are the Z01 Villas, a residential cluster inspired by Spanish elegance.

Horizons was engaged for the full technical scope from concept verification through to construction documentation. We began by validating the concept design across all disciplines, ensuring compliance with local regulations, area efficiency, and alignment with permitting needs. Our findings were detailed in a Concept Verification Report and Basis of Design Report (BODR) submitted to the client for approval.

Following the verification phase, we proceeded with:

- Schematic design development and coordination

- Detailed technical drawings and IFC packages

- RFI management and construction support

This multi-phase approach ensured that the Z01 Villas were both technically sound and visually striking, maintaining Emaar’s signature standards.
