U NEAR – A Modern Business & Retail Hub in New Capital

At Horizons, we design innovative commercial hubs that combine flexibility, luxury, and urban sophistication. U NEAR, designed by Horizons for Earth Developments, sets a new standard for business and retail spaces in New Administrative Capital, Egypt.

The project features a seamless blend of collaborative workspaces and high-end office environments, with two distinct towers: the left tower, dedicated to dynamic coworking spaces that foster creativity and collaboration, and the right tower, offering expansive, premium office spaces tailored for corporate excellence. The development's heart is a vibrant podium, which houses a variety of retail and F&B outlets, enhancing the urban lifestyle experience.
