Soul Luxury Beach Resort – Where Luxury Meets Precision

Soul Luxury Beach Resort by Emaar Misr is an expansive 700-acre community set along Egypt’s North Coast, just 30 km from Marassi. Designed to capture the essence of Mediterranean living, it offers beachfront residences, lagoon-side homes, and lush landscapes.

Horizons was engaged to deliver the technical scope from concept verification to IFC, ensuring the project’s vision aligned with practical implementation. We began by conducting a full-scale concept validation, evaluating the design’s efficiency, compatibility with Egyptian building codes, permit criteria, and spatial usage.

Our process included:

- A comprehensive Concept Verification Report and Basis of Design Report (BODR)

- Identification of any design gaps, non-compliances, or improvement opportunities

- Seamless transition to schematic and detailed design phases

- Fast-track construction documentation and visualizations for client alignment

- Proactive RFI management and coordination across disciplines
