Ground Floor is for the Retail 1st & 2nd Floors are for administrative offices and medical clinics

Montenapoleone VIA features a dramatic entrance leading to a spacious open plaza, ideal for promotional activities, seasonal celebrations, and community engagement. The ground floor is dedicated to retail, while the upper floors house administrative offices and clinics, offering well-planned, flexible layouts that maximize leasing potential and operational efficiency. At Horizons, we understand the critical role of structure in administrative floors, ensuring that layouts facilitate leasing, optimize functionality, and enhance business appeal.
