HRZN was entrusted with the full design and delivery of Ghannam Eldossary Hospital, a state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Khobar, KSA. ommissioned by NMG for GAD International operators of the Middle East’s first Heart & Lungs Institute, the hospital was envisioned as both a medical hub and a civic landmark.

Our multidisciplinary team executed Concept to IFT services across Architecture, Structural, and MEP, integrating BIM at every stage to ensure seamless coordination and precise execution. The design features a glass-crowned central dome, symmetrical volumes, and urban green roofs, blending modern healthcare requirements with architectural elegance.

The façade’s full-height glazed axes optimize natural light, creating warm, human-centered interiors that improve patient well-being — a deliberate departure from the typical cold, clinical aesthetic. Despite working remotely, HRZN successfully handled permitting acquisitions, liaised with Saudi authorities, and ensured delivery on time and on budget through our local joint ventures.

As part of our ongoing relationship with NMG, this project reaffirms HRZN’s position as a trusted partner for healthcare architecture in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf, and beyond.
