Chosen as their design partner, HRZN was entrusted to deliver the full scope from conceptual design, aligned with MIDAR’s strict branding guidelines, through to tender-ready documentation.
The result is a modern architectural landmark—a bold, transparent space defined by clean geometric lines, expansive glass façades, and refined landscaping. The design prioritizes customer experience, with open-plan layouts accommodating large visitor volumes during high-demand sales events, interactive display areas, scale model showcases, and transparent meeting rooms that reinforce MIDAR’s commitment to openness and accessibility.
Beyond aesthetics, the showroom functions as a strategic brand environment—a space that inspires investor confidence, builds excitement for future residents, and serves as the central stage for MIDAR’s marketing and sales strategy.
